Shipping & Delivery Policy

Padam Naturals ships its products PAN-India via Shiprocket, DTDC, and Delhivery.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of placement (except Sundays and national holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on selected orders.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to logistics challenges beyond our control. Padam Naturals reserves the right to cancel orders in case of untraceable shipments, and in such cases, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
